Alex leads Reload’s focus on exceptional client service and implementing this across all levels of the company. Through her strategic direction and management, she has helped set the expectations for fantastic customer service across the company, which saw Reload take out the national award for Australia’s Best Customer Service in 2014.
She uses her experience and knowledge of business, marketing and years of client service to spot any opportunities in Reload’s current client accounts to incorporate a wider array of digital marketing services.
Her day-to-day management of the client service team involves providing support to coordinate projects and ensuring the internal and external account benchmarks are exceeded.
She is also Reload’s internally appointed “Head of Fun”, a role where she is responsible for the strategic direction, management and implementation of Reload’s social events. The role aims to increase employee engagement and encourage a positive and collaborative culture among all staff.
