Using her 15 years of customer service experience, Angie has worked with some of Reload’s biggest clients including Silver Chef Group and Super Retail Group.
With a background in IT and Multimedia Design – and her hands on experience with Digital Marketing – Angie can cut out the tech talk and explain all aspects of digital clearly and concisely to clients.
With her proactive approach to campaign management, Angie has continually demonstrated initiative and taken charge of particular company projects out of the scope of her role.
She has been involved in a range of projects across the company including new staff training and developing client service processes within Reload.
Her strong focus on providing exceptional client service has helped her nurture solid working relationships with her Reload clients over the last couple of years and – as a result of this – she won the “Best of the Best Customer Service” internal award from Reload, which included an all-expenses paid trip to London.
