Sarah is Reload’s Content Portfolio Manager and is responsible for setting the strategic direction of content for our largest clients. She loves learning about a business’s goals, and to uncover a deep understanding of their customers in order to develop a strategy that will both resonate with audiences, as well as provide business impact.
Sarah joined Reload three years ago after completing a dual degree at QUT of Bachelor of Business/Bachelor of Media & Communications. As a part of this degree, Sarah underwent an internship at Reload in the SEO and Paid teams, which ignited her passion for digital and ultimately led to her foot in the Reload door. Since then, Sarah has demonstrated an exceptional ability to go above and beyond for her clients, winning Reload’s internal ‘Best of the Best Customer Service’ award in 2015, which gave her the opportunity to spend time in our London office and gain further insights into international digital marketing trends.
Now, with a background in SEO, website usability and paid advertising, Sarah is well equipped to spot opportunities as to how content can better integrate across different digital channels to achieve maximum results.
When she’s not at work, Sarah loves spending time with friends and family (always paired with great food and wine!) and enjoying the great outdoors.
