Tom Anders is Reload’s SEO Portfolio Manager and is responsible for setting strategic direction, management and successful operation of Reload’s earned media department.
His skill set spans many areas of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, conversion rate optimisation, automation strategy, website architecture and navigation design, web analytics and native advertising.
His primary objective as SEO lead is to improve Google’s understanding of your brand’s website and increase it’s overall exposure within the search engine. To achieve this, he works with our team to establish a bespoke organic strategy suitable to your business’s unique circumstance. These strategies often hinge upon building your website’s authority and enhancing on-page content for improved, long-term performance.
Tom started at Reload in 2015 as a Junior SEO Consultant before advancing into the SEO Portfolio Manager role after just over 3 years. He has been recognised internally for his innovative strategies to manage clients with complex campaign requirements and has developed and facilitated training programs for our Australian, Philippines and UK operations.
