The Challenge

The Sheet Society approached Reload to gain the confidence to increase spend across digital channels and improve their Return on Ad Spend, with the goal of scaling their business.

The Sheet Society is an Australian bedding brand that creates quality sheets and quilt covers in timeless colours and fabrics, allowing their customers to bring their own personal style into the bedroom.

Prior to partnering with Reload, The Sheet Society had been successfully running their business solely on digital marketing with their in house team. However, they wanted to gain the confidence to increase spend across digital channels, with the goal of scaling their business.

The Sheet Society knew that they needed to achieve and maintain a ROAS of 400% across Google and Facebook to cover their running production costs, while increasing revenue at their ideal rate. This would enable them to migrate to Shopify Plus and facilitate the global expansion of their brand.

The Solution

Reload shifted The Sheet Society’s marketing funnel across Google and Social Media to better suit a digitally native brand and generate the return necessary to drive growth for the business.

We worked closely with The Sheet Society to design campaigns that aligned with their customer’s path to purchase. Adopting an omni-channel approach, we started by segmenting their campaigns to capture audiences at different stages of the customer journey – targeting users at the top, middle and bottom of the funnel. Every campaign across Facebook and Google has a clear objective and KPIs to ensure we are meeting our goals.

The Results

As a result of the approach we have applied across The Sheet Society’s digital activity, Reload have helped the business surpass their initial ROAS targets, which has generated a significant increase in revenue YoY. This increased return from digital channels has opened new opportunities for The Sheet Society to expand their business both within Australia and internationally. They have now tripled the size of their warehouse, hired three additional full-time staff members, and opened their first showroom in Melbourne, Victoria.
