Laura is our Head of Media Buying with 10+ years experience leading international, multi-channel campaigns across the UK, US, Europe, ANZ and beyond. From running digital media across two UK general elections to launching global pharmaceutical brands and record-breaking entertainment campaigns, she brings global scale, strategic leadership and a relentless focus on performance.
Laura joined our Australian team in August 2025 as Head of Media Buying, bringing more than a decade of experience across global media agencies and in-house brand environments.
She has led large-scale, multi-channel campaigns across Paid Social, Paid Search, Programmatic Display & Video, Native and Connected TV, delivering integrated strategies across entertainment, consumer, B2B and healthcare sectors. Laura’s experience spans international markets including the UK, US and Europe, and most recently Australia and New Zealand.
Her career highlights include leading digital paid advertising for the UK Electoral Commission across two UK general elections as part of the country’s largest media buying contract, launching major brand awareness campaigns for MasterChef that achieved record TV viewership, executing complex employer branding campaigns across 11 markets for Johnson & Johnson, and delivering the international brand launch campaign for a pharmaceutical spin-off entering the Swiss Stock Exchange.
Laura brings a commercially grounded, performance driven approach to media investment combining global best practice with hands on execution to drive measurable business outcomes.
