KAS Australia

An End-to-End Digital Marketing Solution for a Leading Lifestyle Brand

The Challenge

KAS were looking to explore new marketing opportunities to drive growth for their online store and build their Direct-to-Consumer marketing activities.

KAS is one of Australia’s largest lifestyle brands, establishing itself as a leader in the competitive homewares market. Their unique range of quality products can be found online and in stores across Australia and around the world in destinations such as the USA, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Japan and the Middle East.

Prior to partnering with Reload, KAS had not run many digital campaigns and the majority of their revenue came from wholesale business. Their initial goal was to achieve a 400% Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), working towards gaining overall Year on Year growth across all digital channels.

The Solution

Reload worked closely with the KAS Team to develop an omni-channel digital strategy to ensure we were engaging with KAS’s customers at every stage of their customer journey. 

In addition to running paid advertising across multiple digital channels, Reload also helped drive more traffic to the KAS website through organic search engine rankings using advanced SEO tactics.

The Process

Launched top-of-funnel campaigns across Facebook and Instagram to build brand awareness.

Built Google Search and Shopping campaigns to capture people searching for both branded and unbranded search terms.

Introduced Facebook Remarketing ads to capture people who have shown intent to purchase KAS products.

Optimised website collection pages to incorporate the main keywords KAS wanted to rank for in search engines to improve organic visibility.

Launched Display ads across the Google Display Network to increase reach and ensure KAS has frequent touchpoints with their potential customers.

The Results

Reload has achieved some outstanding results in our partnership with KAS, which have generated substantial growth for the KAS ecommerce business. After our first year working together, revenue from Google Ads made up 32% of total revenue for the business, which represented a 1,330% increase from the previous year. 

The ongoing SEO activities conducted across the KAS online store have had an exceptional impact on the website’s organic visibility, as well as their brand awareness and overall business revenue. What’s more, KAS’s organic click through rate has significantly increased from 3.3% to 5%, which indicates that the website’s overall rankings have increased dramatically, resulting in more users clicking through to the KAS website over other brands.
