Building a Digital Marketing Roadmap to Drive Enquiries Across Prowler Proof’s National Dealer Network

The Challenge

Prowler Proof were looking to develop a digital marketing roadmap with the goal of expanding high impact digital marketing efforts nationally.

Prowler Proof is an Australian owned and operated business that manufactures high quality security doors and window screens. Operating through a national network of authorised dealers, Prowler Proof aims to drive enquiries across this network with both online and offline marketing initiatives. 

Having not run any digital activity prior to partnering with Reload, we first needed to gain a thorough understanding of Prowler Proof’s overarching business goals, target customers and key competitors. This valuable information would inform our future digital marketing campaigns to ensure we were reaching the right people, at the right time, on the right channels, and with the right messaging.

The Solution

Working alongside the Reload Consulting team, we ran customer journey workshops with Prowler Proof’s internal team to define their target customers and understand their purchasing behaviours. These workshops allowed us to pinpoint Prowler Proof’s top customer personas across the various regions they operated in, with a specific focus on areas where they wanted to drive enquiries for their dealers.

With the insights gained from these workshops, we were able to build digital campaigns across Google and Facebook that specifically targeted Prowler Proof’s target customers within their top serviced areas – starting with Brisbane, then moving to Sydney, the Sunshine Coast and Gold Coast. Since launching this digital activity, Prowler Proof have seen a consistent increase in website traffic and enquiries across their dealer network.

The Process

Adjusting Google Ads account to a hyperlocal structure to more effectively capture people searching for Prowler Proof products.

Expansion of Google Ads activity to take advantage of new conversion-driven campaign types – including launching Dynamic Search Ads and Search Remarketing campaigns.

Launching local ‘click to call’ campaigns across Facebook and Instagram to boost awareness and assist Google Ads campaigns.

The Results

Since partnering with Reload and launching their digital activity, Prowler Proof have seen a consistent increase in website traffic and enquiries across their dealer network. By restructuring Prowler Proof’s Google Ads account and introducing smart campaign types, we have seen results continue to improve across both Google and Facebook.
