Rusty is one of Australia’s leading surf lifestyle brands, offering a wide range of surfwear, surfboards and accessories. Born in the late 80’s, Rusty has grown into an icon in their industry, selling online and in-stores across the globe.
The Challenge
Rusty wanted to move their website off the Magento 1 platform and onto Shopify. Prior to the site migration, organic search was responsible for a large portion of Rusty’s overall website traffic and revenue. We knew that a potential drop in this organic traffic, resulting from a poorly executed SEO migration, could have a huge impact on Rusty’s overall business revenue.
With the new site launch scheduled for just one month before Christmas, it was crucial for Reload to mitigate the risk posed to organic performance and protect against any loss in visibility.
