SilverChef came to us with the aim to onboard an agency that would take their business growth as seriously as their internal team.
By creating a true agency partnership over 2 years, and being an extension of the SilverChef team, rather than simply an advertising agency, we were able to create a strategy that aligned with their unique goals. We drove the success of creating sales-qualified leads through different engagement points throughout the website.
After commencing the partnership, Reload Media prioritised building a solid foundation for Google Ads in three target markets. The team focused on optimising higher-performing ad groups while improving the account structure and reducing underperforming activities to increase overall campaign efficiency.

Once the foundations were strong, Reload then scaled performance to increase leads further through a custom lead generation strategy.
Still primarily focused on the Google Ads network, Reload further expanded on account activity by identifying additional audience targeting options, as well as testing ad copy and landing pages to drive lead growth.
