Since partnering with Reload over three years ago, Silk Laundry have become a well known fashion brand across multiple international markets. 

The Challenge

Seeking a holistic and flexible digital marketing solution to help grow their brand and online presence across Australia and around the world. 

Silk Laundry is an Australian designed and owned fashion brand, creating effortless luxury and sustainable silk styles for the modern woman. Their initial goal was to drive revenue for their Australian online store and build brand awareness in the Australian market. As a result of the brand’s rapid growth, Silk have now redirected their focus to supporting international growth from a digital marketing perspective. 

The Solution

Reload has driven Silk Laundry’s digital advertising across Facebook and Google, including campaigns for awareness building (prospecting), remarketing, Google Search, Smart Shopping, Display Remarketing, and Dynamic Search Ads to maximise return across multiple channels.

Over the past 12 months, Silk Laundry has grown significantly by expanding into new online markets, including the US and Canada, as well as opening three bricks and mortar stores across Australia and Canada. Reload has supported this growth by building and managing Silk’s paid advertising campaigns in these new regions across Google and Facebook, completing international SEO audits for their new websites, and providing consultation and strategic oversight when needed.
