How Reload Helped Transform a Home-Grown Business Into Australia’s Leading Wellness Brand.

The Challenge

Seeking a digital marketing partner to drive revenue and return through Google Ads.

ECO. Modern Essentials specialise in ethically sourced aromatherapy and essential oils to support health and wellbeing. ECO. approached Reload in need of an agency that would help them increase their return on Google Ad spend to drive profitability for their business. When our partnership began, ECO. were in the process of launching a new website, which presented Reload with the opportunity to rebuild their Google Ads account from scratch to allow for scalability and ease of optimisation.

The Solution

ECO.’s initial goal was to achieve a ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) of 500% for Google Ads to maintain consistent monthly growth. By continually adopting smart bidding strategies and applying frequent optimisations to ECO.’s Google Ads campaigns, Reload has helped ECO. surpass this target and achieve their highest revenue month of all time.
